If you’re in the market to buy or sell a home, you’ve come to the right spot. Whatever your real estate needs, I can help you reach your goals with confidence. While visiting my website, you can access the most current real estate data and search for homes throughout the Western U.S. And when the time is right, feel free to contact me so that I can put the power of Windermere to work for you.
I remember as a young child, my parents putting me in the car and off we would go in search of open houses. They were never going to move from their home, they just enjoyed looking at different homes, styles and trends. Every year we would attend the Street of Dreams event, my mom and I oohing and aahing over kitchen bathroom designs, and my dad admiring the cool amenities and landscapes. I guess my love of real estate developed at a young age, thanks to my parents. In 1985 at the age of 18, my dad presented me with two options, go to college or get a job. I chose the latter. Little did I know accepting a position with Rainier Mortgage in downtown Seattle would pave my road the real estate world.
After 31 years of mortgage, I took my knowledge and experience and transitioned to real estate, assisting a local real estate broker. In the summer of 2018, I received a call from the top producing Broker in Edmonds asking if I would be interested in working with him. The next 4+ years I gained in-depth knowledge by observing and learning from the #1 Broker in my area. While managing all listings and buyer purchases of his 350+ transactions from pre-list to after closing, I fell even more in love with real estate and being directly involved with each client. I obtained my real estate license to further my abilities and qualifications but mostly because I love turning your real estate dreams into reality. Wanting to stay within the Windermere organization, this year I joined the Alderwood office as a full-time broker. I am surrounded by a group of professionals that provide me with their extensive knowledge and exceptional support.
Some of the takeaways from my experience assisting real estate agents are:
As an Edmonds native and raising my two kids here too, I have felt fortunate to call the stunning Pacific Northwest home. My son and daughter-in-law are both in the tech industry and my daughter and son-in-law own their own cleaning business. They all live in the area with their dogs and we gather often for family time. Blessed to have cultivated wonderful relationships through my years in mortgage and real estate with clients who have become friends and feel like family. I'm an active member of the Elks and love being involved with their charitable organizations. I walk the waterfront and throughout town with my pup, Kai daily. If you happen to see me, stop and say hi.
